Learning Alerts is a simple tool to help you build good habits by setting up regular reminders to sit up straight, meditate, take a break from your desk/screen, or any other habit that you want to develop. Its easier to use and less intrusive than the iPhones built in alarm clock.
Simply set the desired start time, duration, and frequency for your reminders (for example, every 30 minutes for 8 hours starting at 9am). You can also customize the number of vibrations per reminder, whether they repeat daily, and whether they include sound and/or popup notifications.
Note: This app is meant to provide light reminders for forming good habits. Please do not use it as an alarm for anything critical, like taking medication or catching a flight.
